WOODYLAND playful exhibition in the Kingdom of Railways
When you visit the Kingdom of Railways in Prague-Smíchov (www.kralovstvi-zeleznic.cz), you will have a unique view of a model landscape interwoven with a railway network with many tweaks.
Train models run, light up, cars stop at red at traffic lights, tracks respond to alternating day and night cycles, and some trains are set up so you can control them yourself! Miniature cameras provide you with current views from model locomotives passing around various landmarks of the Czech Republic, such as: Karlštejn, Prague Castle, Střekov, Kokořín and others.
But that's not all, the Kingdom of Railways has a number of additional exhibits, where the WOODYLAND exhibition awaits you. On an area of 30 m2 you will see not only the world of wooden train tracks and machines, but also a varied offer of other beautiful wooden products from the Woodyland collection… In addition, there is a play area for children, where they can test Woody tracks, trains and puzzles with their parents. And to top it all off, they can listen to the engaging stories about the Woody Engine and Mr. Woody. On the wall of the exhibition there is a presentation of the Book about the Woody Engine and other parts from a rich collection of stories in the form of animation and audio.
